Preparative construction work and investment associated work
We offer all types of work related to land preparation and small general building work like:
- A complex building work - wide excavation (the rates are calculated per 1 cubic metre of performed excavation)
Including:
- geodetic survey and mark out operations
- foundation trench performance plus ground removal (to our dump or dump indicated by ordering party or in the so called spoil mode)
- alignment and drainage of ditch base plus drop water removal
- a permanent geologic supervision made in case of necessity plus ground research executed before concrete footing placement
- specialized foundation trench having secured walls according to Customer's needs
- The condensation charges plus condensation level research
- Dump handling with Harvester bulldozer type TD 25 or TD 15
- Cleaning the building/dump access roads
- Destruction of building object and surface buildings – excavators equipped in hydraulic hammers, some hand made destruction methods may be also applicable here
- Destruction waste removal to dumps, according to environment protection law
- Tree clearance up to 18 meters high – chain saw and assembling elevators.
Please note all the digging or destruction work are subject to rigorous supervision (procedures are managed by authorized and experienced site manager).
